Please take a moment to review our club policies, especially our Complaints and Anti-Harassment Policy. Submitting a complaint through this form assumes you have:

  • Read and understood the relevant club policies.
  • Attempted to resolve the matter informally where appropriate (for example, speaking with a coach, team manager, or committee member).
  • Considered providing accurate and factual information, including dates, times, and parties involved.

Following the steps in our policies helps us manage complaints fairly, promptly, and confidentially, and ensures the best outcome for everyone involved.
